Neil Flores is a main character in Season 5 of Raven's Home. He is the Baxters' around the corner neighbor and Booker's classmate at Bayside High School.
He is portrayed by Felix Avitia.

Neil is seen as a caring, comforting friend, who is sometimes seen as dim-witted. In "The Big Sammich", Booker states he would tip Neil a half-pound of salami and Neil took it literal, though Booker was joking.
