Señora Flores is the maternal grandmother of Neil. She is primarily a resident of Reno, Nevada, but apparently still maintains her home in San Francisco. Señora Flores is extremely fond of her grandson but cannot wholly believe the strange stories he has recently been sharing with her about his new best friend, Booker Baxter-Carter.
She was portrayed by Terri Hoyos.

Señora Flores has lunch at The Chill Grill with her grandson, Neil, ostensibly to meet his best friend, Booker Baxter. However, taking into account the wild adventures Neil claims the pair have experienced, when Booker fails to appear, she begins to suspect he is merely Neil's latest imaginary friend.
