History[]
Tanya Baxter lived with her family in San Francisco, until her children reached their mid-teens. Raven needed special attention as she had inherited precognitive abilities from Tanya's side of the family (the Merrybelles) which her mother Vivian and her Aunt Maureen had, but she did not. She dabbled in teaching and helped out at Victor's restaurant, The Chill Grill, but she ultimately chose to pursue the study of law. She was offered a chance to study international law in London, and subsequently moved to England. Shortly afterwards, Raven started college, and Victor and Cory moved to Washington D.C. as Victor was appointed Head White House Chef by POTUS Richard Martinez. Eventually, Victor relocated back to San Francisco after Martinez left office, and Raven began raising her own family in Chicago. Meanwhile, Tanya began establishing a law career in London. However, with her husband's sixtieth birthday looming, she makes plans to return to San Francisco.
