Trivia[]

  • This episode was filmed on October 14-15, 2021.
  • This is the first episode produced and aired for Season 5.
  • This is the first episode in the series not to feature Nia, Levi, Tess, and Chelsea as a part of the main cast. However, except for Chelsea, they all were seen in the new intro wall photos.
  • Booker Baxter (Issac Ryan Brown) has a new haircut starting in this episode & will last until the end of Season 5. He now has a low / wave cut instead of having his hair grown out like he did in Season 4.
  • Raven mentions the events of:
  • Emmy Liu-Wang makes her television debut in this episode.
  • This is the first episode to use the updated intro.
  • When Raven says "Hellur", it is a reference to Tyler Perry's alter-ego Madea.
  • Betty Jane was mentioned as Alice's mom.
  • It is revealed by Neil that Nia spent the summer in Guatemala building homes for the poor.
  • Raven indirectly mentions Cory and the events of Cory in the House, when Raven asks Victor if he "loves her more than her brother [Cory]." She also asks him if he "quit the White House, or [got] fired." This marks the first time in the series that the events of Cory in the House are mentioned and the second time Cory is indirectly mentioned, after American Torah Story.
  • In the hospital, Victor says "one day! you've been here for one day and you already have hospital security comin' after us. That's so Raven!" which is a nod to the original series, which Devon had previously stated in Mad About Yuletide. Raven saying "That’s me" in response is a reference to her "Yup, that’s me" catchphrase from the original series.
  • This is the first episode since Raven About Bunk'd where Raven has a vision.
  • Nia is depicted as calling but is not heard.
  • The surname of Victor's doctor, "Hogan" is visible on the medical chart in room 512.
  • When Booker mentions kid doctors, he is referencing the series Doogie Howser, M.D, and its spiritual successor, Doogie Kameāloha, M.D. which airs on Disney+.
  • Neil tells his Abuelita about the events of this episode in A Day Without Baxters.
  • Entertainment Force takes over production starting with this episode after originally producing Season 1.
  • Actress Peggy Blow previously appeared as "Shirley Kingston" in the Mr. Perfect episode of That's So Raven, becoming the tenth performer to appear in both That's So Raven and Raven's Home following Raven Symoné, Anneliese van der Pol, Jonathan McDaniel, Brian George, Rondell Sheridan, Staci Lynn Fletcher, Mindy Sterling, Shania Accius and Christopher T. Wood.
    • Additionally she has appeared as ""Mrs. Lopez" in Crash & Bernstein and "Madame Le Doux" in the Cyrus' Bash-Mitzvah! episode of Andi Mack.
  • David Shatraw has appeared in several Disney shows, "Harvey" in the Volley Dad episode of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, "Hank" in the Weird It Up episode of Shake It Up, "Mr. Foreman" in the Assignment: Get That Assignment episode of K.C.
